Sari Friedman is a multi diciplinary artist currently living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Sari has recently completed her undergraduate education and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Drawing & Painting from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Sari’s drawings, paintings, sculptures, and books take inspiration from nature, and deal with the personal relationships one has with the earth. Her work has been exhibited at the M.A.C. Popup Exhibition at the Gallery MC in 2016, the New Paltz Open Studios from 2016-2018, as well as the SUNY New Paltz Thesis Exhibition of spring 2019 in the Samuel S. Dorsky Museum of Art. Outside of her personal art practice, Sari works as a scenic artist on various scenic fabrication projects.
